• What does Search Jostle actually do?

  We show you exactly how visible your trades business is on Google and in AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity. You get a single score out of 100, a clear breakdown of where you're winning and losing, who's beating you in your area, and a plain-English action plan for what to fix this month. No SEO jargon, no complicated dashboards.

• Do I need to be technical to use this?

  No. The whole product is built for trades business owners who don't have time to learn SEO. Everything is shown in plain English with clear next steps. If you can read your phone, you can use Search Jostle.

• How is this different from hiring an SEO agency?

  An SEO agency typically charges £500–£2,000 per month, ties you into a contract, and gives you a confusing report once a month. We charge from £29 a month, no contract, and you get a clear visibility score plus an action plan you can actually follow yourself. If you want to hire an agency afterwards, you'll know exactly what to ask them for.

• Will I have to give you access to my Google account?

  Only if you want to. Connecting your Google Search Console (read-only) unlocks deeper data about which exact searches are bringing people to your website, but it's optional. You can use the full product without connecting anything.

• What happens during the free trial?

  You get 14 days of full Pro access — no card required to start the trial. At the end of the 14 days you can either upgrade to a paid plan, drop down to the free plan, or walk away. Nothing auto-charges without you explicitly choosing a plan.

• Can I cancel anytime?

  Yes — one click from your account settings. No phone call, no email chain, no cancellation team. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of your billing period and then drop to the free plan.

• What if I don't have a website yet?

  You can still get a partial visibility score based on your Google Business Profile, AI tools, and local presence. But Search Jostle is most useful when you have a website to track and improve — even a simple one-page Wix or Framer site is enough to get started.

• Will Search Jostle do the work for me, or just tell me what to do?

  We tell you what to do, in clear steps. We don't write your website content or post on your behalf. Most fixes are simple enough to do yourself in 15–30 minutes — things like adding a missing page, updating your Google Business Profile, or asking for a review. If you'd rather pay someone to do it, we'll tell you exactly what to brief them on.

• Is my business data safe?

  Yes. We only read publicly available data about your business plus anything you choose to connect (like Google Search Console in read-only mode). We never write or change anything on your behalf. We never sell your data. UK-based company, GDPR-compliant.
