GDPR

Your data, handled properly

We're a UK business and we take GDPR seriously. This page is a short, human summary — the full legal detail is still in our Privacy Policy.

What we collect

Account details (email, name, organisation), billing where applicable, data you connect (for example Google Search Console or business profile integrations), and usage information needed to run the product and keep it secure.

Why we use it

To provide visibility analysis, invoices and support, to improve reliability and security, and to meet legal obligations. We don't sell your personal data.

Where it lives

Data is processed on secure infrastructure with access limited to people who need it. When we use subprocessors (for example email or hosting), they're chosen for compliance and contracted appropriately.

How long we keep it

We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes above — for example while your account is active, plus a sensible period for backups and accounting records where the law requires it.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability where applicable, and you can object to certain processing. Email kian@tryjostle.com and we'll respond without fuss.

Questions

If something worries you, tell us — we'd rather fix it than stonewall you with legal fog.
